1900 Census living in Philadelphia, son of Paul and Wilemina Kretzschmar of a father born Nov 1894 in Germany and a mother born in New Jersey

1917 Jun 5. He signs his US Draft Registration Card which has the same address 2442 N 8th St, Philadelphia as on his RAF service record

1918 Sep 14. His RAF service record only shows his posting from this date

1918 Apr 24 Temp 2nd Lt in RAF

1918 Dec 31. Unfit GS Flying but fit HS and flying

1919 Apr 14. Posted to 141 Squadron which had arrived 14 March 1919 from Biggin Hill with Bristol Fighter. Squadron moved to Baldonnel September 1919. As well as training at Tallaght it had an anti-submarine warfare roll.

1919 May 7. Killed in a flying accident. He was with 141 Squadron which was based at RAF Tallaght in Dublin. His passenger, AC2 M Fyfe was injured - not killed in the crash

1920 US Census One can see that this is the right man as his parents come up in US census living at 2517 Willard St, Philapdelphia, the same address as on his RAF record above.
