1921 May 30. Accidently wounded at Rathmore, a small town between Killarney and Mallow. There was a major British Army exercise going on in the area that that time and I would assume that he was accidently shot during this

1921 Jun 2. Died of wounds. He had been accidently shot by Stanley Gordon Marchant, an RIC Constable, who was born 22 Mar 1898 in London: and joined as a Black & Tan in 3 Aug 1920 and stayed till disbanded in Feb 1922

1921 Jun 6. William Edmeads buried Feltham Cemetery into family grave numbered CC 37 - also in the grave is his father Alfred Edmeads buried 28/1//1922.
